Many property sellers, for one reason or another, choose not to list their property with a Real Estate listing agent. In these cases, the use of an excellent buyer’s agent can be particularly important in order to protect the interests of the buyer, negotiate the best price, guide the inspection process to avoid unpleasant and expensive surprises, to navigate and facilitate the transaction, and to ensure the transaction follows the steps required by law.

Knowledgeable FSBO Sellers are aware of the benefit when a Buyer uses a Buyer’s Agent, because they know that the Buyer’s agent will help the transaction go smoothly and will request the proper disclosures and documents required by law, protecting both Buyer and Seller.
