Being a real estate investor himself, Trevor Roberti is the agent that looks at real estate with an investor’s mindset. He is passionate about the potential for real estate to create wealth if it is just the equity in a single family home or an investment property growing equity and giving monthly cash flow.
Trevor has worked for both residential and commercial brokerages. He has also developed software which does in-depth analysis of the income properties, so he can show you what the initial income potential of a property is and how the equity and income will grow over time.
Before getting into real estate Trevor was a teacher with a PhD in Physical Chemistry from UCSC, and he uses his talent for clarifying complex issues to explain the process of selecting and purchasing investment property, as well as the many benefits of home ownership.
He has worked with residential and commercial brokerages where he has primarily focused on helping buyers find the best property to invest in.
